Can I exchange my tickets if better seats/places open up, or if an additional concert is announced?

No, that is not possible, unfortunately. Refunds and the exchange of tickets are not possible.

My ticket says “General Admission”. What does that mean?

A general admission ticket means you have free choice of your seat/standing place in the venue.

Can I take a photo camera to the show?

By the artists' demands, it is forbidden to bring professionel photo/video/recording equipment into the venue.

I have a press related question. Where can I send my request?

Please visit our press website.

Are children allowed at shows?

Children are allowed if they are accompanied by an adult. Children, like any other concertgoers, need to be in possession of their own ticket. There are no price reductions for children.

Can I bring my dog into the venue?

Dogs are not allowed inside the venue. Guide/service dogs for people with a disability are welcome, however.
